Join the Golden Demon Family!

Robert Cash – Principal, Beggs High School
I was born and raised in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, and after graduating from high school, I began my college journey at the University of Central Oklahoma. I later transferred to Northeastern State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree. While living in Ponca City, I completed my Master of Education in Educational Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
My teaching career began in Wichita, Kansas, at Wichita South High School. In 2000, my wife, son, and I moved back to Oklahoma, settling in Ponca City. I taught a variety of science courses at the Ponca City Alternative School and later taught 6th-grade science at Ponca City West Middle School. During my time there, I also coached wrestling and cross country, which were incredibly rewarding experiences.
In 2015, we moved back to Okmulgee County to be closer to family. I taught science at Tulsa East Central High School before joining the staff at Beggs High School later that same year. After several years of teaching science here, I was honored with the opportunity to serve as Principal.
Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about education and professional growth. I’ve had the privilege of presenting for the Oklahoma State Department of Education’s Alternative Education program and was also a presenter at the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) national convention in Anaheim, California.
I’m proud to lead Beggs High School and look forward to continuing to support our students, staff, and community.

Beggs High School standout softball player Angel Aylor signed to play for the Southeast Arkansas Sharks this morning.
Southeast Arkansas College (SEARK) is located in Pine Bluff, AR.
Beggs Head coach Danny Phillips had some inspiring words for Aylor:
"From the first pitch to the final out, you've worn the Demons jersey with pride, dedication and heart. Your legacy on the field will echo in every crack of the bat and cheer from the stands. College is the next chapter, but you will always be a Beggs Demon. It's been an honor watching you grow these past four years- not just as a player, but as a leader, a competitor, and a true Beggs Demon. You've left your mark on this program through your work ethic, your heart, and your love for the game. As you take the field in college, know that you carry the pride of your team, your school, and your coaches with you. Once a Demon, Always a Demon!"
