After earning straight Superior ratings on Wednesday, the Beggs Band of Demons is headed to State.
The band is directed by Tyler Reeves, who is assisted by Colby Crane and Paula Hamilton.
"We're incredibly proud of the band!" said Reeves. "They've had to overcome a lot, due to all of the various outages we've had this year."
" In fact, when we totaled it up, they missed 25 days of rehearsal," he added.
"To have a group of students overcome that, and still perform at such a high level, is impressive, to say the least," Reeves shared.
"They worked ridiculously hard, in and out of class, to put out the best product possible and I'd say they did just that."
The State competition will be held March 28 in Ada.
