Peace Day with the Otter Pre-K class!
3rd graders in Ms. Galindo's class learned this week why plants give us fruit. We also learned which foods are considered science fruits and which are considered science vegetables! Did you know if a plant produces/bears seeds it's actually considered a science FRUIT? Cucumbers, bell peppers, and tomatoes are all considered science fruits! After we investigated our produce, we had a lil taste test. Yum! Special S/O to the parents who provided us with produce for this experiment!
