Beggs Middle School baseball vs Mounds on Friday, 3/8/24 has been moved to play at Beggs due to wet field. The game will begin at 3:15 pm.
5th grade students had a blast building and launching straw rockets and learning about Newton’s Laws of Motion at STARBASE
The Golden Demon middle school baseball schedule is now available on the school app. Install the Beggs Public Schools app from the App store or Google Play to keep up with all spring athletic events. New schedules are being added daily for both high school and middle school sports. After opening the app, click on SCHOOLS to choose your preferred school site, then MENU to select ATHLETICS. Another student from Mrs. Buss’ 5th grade ELA class received a letter from the author she wrote to in October! Harlee Law-Milner received a letter and some bookmarks from the author of the Spiderwick Chronicles, Tony DiTerlizzi.
BMS- 5th grade Students at Starbase studied computer aided drafting-they constructed a gyrosphere. They also investigated Bernoulli’s Principle -Studying air as a fluid as well as experimenting with electricity and forms of energy.
BMS- 5th grade students at Starbase assembled molecules while learning about chemistry.
5th graders enjoyed their second day at Starbase. They reviewed the metric system and learned about rocketry, physics and Newton’s Laws.
