Beggs Elementary Sweeps County in State Testing Scores for 2021
In spite of the pandemic teaching situations of the 2020-2021 school year, Beggs Elementary had 100% student participation both virtual and in person on the state English Language Arts and Math tests. The BES 3rd & 4th grade students earned top scores in Okmulgee county with an average of 47.5% Proficient/Advanced in ELA and 65.8% Proficient/Advanced in Math. While there are no official report cards for Oklahoma schools this year, BES students earned an A attendance grade of 93.15%. With these great scores, BES should rank high in the state on our test scores. We are extremely proud of our students, their families, our teachers and staff! The BES teachers and students worked hard for the success. Thank you all for making BES the BEST!
3rd Grade Proficient/Advanced ELA 64%, 3rd Grade Proficient/Advanced MATH 75%, 4th Grade Proficient/Advanced ELA 31%, 4th Grade Proficient/Advanced Math 57%.

Good morning Demon nation. Due to the storm that came through last night, the power has been knocked out at the Beggs water facility. They are working to restore it but have no idea when that may be. With no water, we can not have school, thus we will have to cancel school for today. Thank you.

Middle school ran away with the Spirit Stick at the Homecoming pep rally. There are a couple more chances to show your spirit next week with Movie/TV dress up day on Monday and Country vs Country Club on Tuesday.
