Congrats Beggs Middle School Softball. We took 1st place at the Lincoln Christian Tournament. 1st game against Verdigris 5-2 win. 2nd game against Carver 3-1 win. And In the championship we played Skiatook and we won 2-1 in a hard fought game. We went down 1-0 in the first inning and with a big hit with two on base, Willow Harold hit a great ball to right center scoring our two runs. Addison Dossett pitched a near perfect game, giving up only one hit and 7k's. The game concluding catch came from Addie Coale in centerfield. Everyone on the team played a vital role in winning. Coach Shockley and Coach Hightower did an amazing job working with this team and the future is bright. Go Lady Demons!

Mrs. Youngblood's 7th grade Family and Consumer Sciences class has been learning about foodborne illnesses that occur when proper precautions are not taken while handling foods. Each student chose a foodborne illness and made a poster telling about the illness and ways to prevent it. Great job BMS students!
