Mrs. King’s 5th grade English class wrapped up the novel study of Holes last week. Students earned a celebration day with the movie and some super fun Holes themed snacks. It was such a fun way to bring the story to life!
While watching the movie, students worked hard comparing and contrasting the book and the film. We talked about character differences, scenes that were changed or left out, and which version they thought told the story best.
A HUGE thank you to all of our parents for your support, donations, and help in making this celebration possible. We truly couldn’t do these special experiences without you. Your generosity and encouragement mean so much to our classroom!
