I was on with Sylogist this am. They have found the issue and are working on it. Once it is fixed you should be able to see your returning students picture and information and enrolled them. I will follow up once I hear it is really ready this time.

Here are some pictures of our fun learning activities our students and staff were able to do this summer. As Thursday wrapped up the last day of summer school, we want to thank Mrs.Pair, Ms.Whiteside, Ms. Stuart, Ms. Doersom, and Ms.Jones, and our amazing Beggs students and families for a great month of learning and fun! Have a great summer we will see everyone August 11 For back-to-school night! Photos include activities such as making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches from directions written by students, making play dough, and hand-on experiments.

Good afternoon BES 5th graders!! Enrollment is finally open, so please log on and enroll. We will be back July 20 to help if you run into issues. If you are not seeing your 5th grader try again tomorrow Sylogist just rolled the students over today so it could take 24 hours. I will stay up with everyone.

The great thing about summer school is the small numbers and the ability to take our students on a fun outing! Thank you to Mr. Glen for driving the bus for our field trip today! Summer school is a great opportunity for our teachers to teach in a variety of ways, and for our learners to learn in a more personalized atmosphere!

Summer school wraps up next week. Here are a few pictures of our students incorporating play with learning. One lesson included Students using dice, mini uno cards and tic tac toe to help them learn addition and multiplication.

BES Families, Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through our online enrollment and transfer process. As we transition to our new online student information system, we have discovered that some student records from previous years were incomplete or missing required documentation. To ensure our records are accurate and compliant with state requirements, we are asking all families to submit updated documents this year. While this creates some additional work during this enrollment period, it will greatly benefit our families and staff moving forward. The new system will securely store electronic copies of important documents, making them accessible when needed and reducing the likelihood of missing or incomplete records in the future. For student transfers, we are also carefully reviewing residency documentation and enrollment coding to ensure everything is accurate and meets state requirements. This process requires us to verify proof of residency and cross-reference transfer information. Unfortunately, some documentation from prior years is not readily available, which has added to the time needed to complete these reviews. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and cooperation. Our goal is to ensure that all student records are accurate, complete, and current. Once this initial enrollment and records update process is complete, future enrollment periods should be much more streamlined, with most documentation updates needed only for new students or when important information changes. We will have staff available in the elementary office tomorrow to assist anyone who needs help. Please do not hesitate to contact the elementary office if you have any questions or need clarification. Thank you again for your grace, patience, and support as we work to improve our systems and better serve our students and families.

Good evening BES. Today we were able to get many students enrolled!! We have over 400 to go through so it will take a bit of time. Just a reminder make sure you have uploaded all documents, and don't forget to click submit to site! Also if you have not applied for a transfer you need to get that done asap. This is for any and all students that do not live in the Beggs School district (even if you have been here). Those go into a que and we can only approve in the order received. We are here the next 2 days from 8-2 if you need help. After that it will be after July 20th before we can help.

From Coach Carter and Coach Love: Good afternoon! Times for this week(6/15-6/18), are different due to camp. These times are just for Monday and Tuesday!! Wednesday-Friday see camp flyer. Middle school (5th-7th) — 11am to 1pm High school (8th-12th) — 2pm to 4 Can’t wait to see you all this week!! Please make sure you have basketball AND running shoes EVERYDAY!! *parents of incoming 5th grade please be prepared to stay about 10 min later to get information about summer workouts/camp and to meet the coaches.

Hello BES families!! Hope you are enjoying summer break! Just wanted to remind everyone that PreK-4th enrollment is open! 5th grade will be soon we are waiting for the final step with Sylogist! If anyone is needing help getting enrolled bring your documents next Monday-Wednesday from 8-2 and we will help you at the BES office. Next week we will be processing all our enrollments! Also if you have not applied for your transfer get that done on the OSDE website. This is for any student that does not live in district. The earlier you get them in the higher you are in the que list. Last reminder the office will be closed June 18-July 19!
