The newly-formed Parent Teacher Organization at Beggs Public Schools surprised staff at the middle school and high school buildings today with a baked potato lunch.
The lunch, planned monthly for one building in the district, ended up serving two buildings today when the January lunch planned for the high school was cancelled due to weather.
BES staff will enjoy the treat in March.
Today's barbeque was purchased by PTO and generously prepared by Joe Martel Jr., owner of Jo Jo's Q who also provided the barbeque sauce.
