How to use our site:
We would love for you to take advantage of signing up with our website. By registering with our website you can provide your child's teacher with your email address so you can be immediately contacted for important events. You can also "subscribe" to teacher pages and other important pages on the website. By subscribing to our website, you will be notified immediately when changes or updates are made.
1) Find the registration button in the top right hand corner. Click on this button - it will bring up a registration form screen.
2) Complete the registration. Click on the save button (you may have to scroll down on the screen) so your information can be sent to our website registration office.
After you have registered you can subscribe to E Alerts - which are emails created by our system to notify you when changes or updated information has been posted.
1) Please sign into the website now using the Sign In name and password that you created. This can be done by clicking on the Sign in buttonn at the top right of the site.
2) Once signed in, you will need to click on the Access My Info button that appears at the top right of the page.
3) You will now see your profile displayed and available to edit if necessary. Please scroll down until you see My E Alerts and Subscriptions.
4) Click on Edit Subscriptions.
5) At this point, you will be able to select any sections on our website to which you would like to subscribe. This subscription will enable you to receive email messages from the editors of these sections, only if they decide to announce a significant update on their pages.
6) IMPORTANT NOTE: Please check the box next to Beggs Public School homepage so you will be informed of updated and new district wide announcements
7) Please select any additional pages that may apply to you or your child/children, for example: teacher page(s), athletic page(s), etc.
8) Scroll to the very bottom and click on Subscribe. You will now be set to receive important alerts from our website.
Please be assured that all information provided is kept confidential and no outside parties will contact you or receive your information. Also note, that all passwords are hidden to our registration office. If you forget your password you can have your account reset by emailing the webmaster: email@example.com
